Here at Ed Rose’s Martial Arts Academy we respect tradition — we teach traditional Chang hun style taekwondo forms —but we also embrace innovation, by incorporating skills from other arts, such as boxing, muay thai, karate, brazilan jiu jitsu and Hanmudo to produce a more well-rounded martial artist for self-defense purposes.
Martial Arts is a very systematic martial art from Korea that involves head-height kicks, spinning, jumping, and fast kicking techniques.
